Some tasty Shanghai Food

The cuisines served in the restaurants in Shanghai do not serve local cuisine as they do not have their own. But the cuisines enjoyed in Shanghai are greatly influenced by surrounding provinces such as Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Through years of regular culinary practices, Shanghai has developed cuisine of its own which is remarkable concentration of different cooking styles. Shanghai dishes are usually features the use of heavy and highly flavored sauce. Shanghai cuisine also uses sugar in its preparation. Some tasty Shanghai Food which should be tasted are:
